Who XIII- Axel

Here's Axel. For some reason when I was doing this it cause me to nosebleed mildly.

Thank the ever annoying Axel muse for pestering me to finish this.

When I was researching I notice that he and the Eighth incarnate have some eerie similarities:

Both are number Eight.

The Eighth Doctor is very human-like/ emotional than his previous incarnates. Axel must have found/ retrieved his emotions back somehow.
