9. This ties in with 7. For those that don't know "Bloodbending" is from the cartoon, 'Avatar: The Last Airbender,' it is when a water wielder uses his/or her ability to manipulate the water inside a person or animal, they can only gain access to this ability from the full moon.

I can see Vexen as a bloodbender.
